Anna Darring has been selling real estate in the Pinellas County area for more than six years.  During her time as a real estate agent, she has won numerous sales awards and is constantly working to set the bar higher.  Her friendly personality, her infectious laugh, and her passion to help people buy and sell homes is what her clients love about her.  No home is too big or too small for Anna.  She is dedicated to finding the right home for you, and she won’t rest until she does.  

 

Anna hosts a weekly networking meeting called the “Belleair Network,” where real estate agents along with industry related affiliates get together to help each other put buyers and sellers together along with providing education from the affiliates in their related fields. The “Belleair Network” also supports local charities such as Pinellas Hope, and CASA by taking them donations such as clothing, food, and personal items.

 

A devoted wife and mother of two children, on her off time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family. Whether it’s attending a dance recital for her daughter, or cheering her son on at his football games, Anna is always there to support them in all their endeavors.

Ryan Julian is a native of Pinellas County, Florida and has been in the real estate industry for over a decade.  He spent most of that time as a mortgage loan officer with local lending institutions.  During that time, he helped hundreds of clients purchase their dream homes.  In 2010 he decided that his time would be much better spent and his life more fulfilling by helping his clients buy and sell homes.  His knowledge of the local area and his background in mortgage lending were a perfect match for being a real estate agent.

 

As a real estate agent Ryan has been able to escape the confines of the office cubicle that the lending side of the industry offered, and help his clients in person and really understand their hopes and dreams of home ownership or selling their home.  His philosophy is to help his clients have a great experience that would make them want to tell their friends, family, and co-workers about it.  Honesty and integrity are paramount to him.

 

In his down time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife.  They enjoy camping, going to movies, and game nights with family and friends.  Ryan is active at his church in the music program. He has a background in singing opera.  At one point in his life his singing took him all around the south singing in such places as New Orleans, Atlanta, Pensacola, Orlando, and right here in the Pinellas County area.  Occasionally you can catch him singing the National Anthem at a professional sporting event like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game.
